Who can join Jetty?

Jetty is a platform for marketing leaders. To make sure we can match you with exciting leadership jobs and advisor roles, we ask that our members meet the following guidelines:

You have experience running marketing in-house
You are senior manager level or above
You have at least five years of marketing experience
You have at least three years of people management experience
You have experience of managing managers

We do, however, understand that every career journey is unique. Depending on the size of the companies you’ve worked at, things like job titles, levels and experience can vary significantly.

Is Jetty free to join?

Yes. Jetty is, and always will be, free for members.

How do I join Jetty?

To join Jetty you’ll need to create an account and request access. Don’t worry, it only takes a couple of minutes! This allows us to check that your experience meets our member guidelines, so we can be confident we’ll be able to match you with exciting jobs and advisor roles.

To avoid any disappointment, please make sure you have read our guidelines before you start.

Once approved, we’ll email you the next steps to complete your Jetty profile so you can unlock the power of our always-on matching technology.

Who can see my Jetty profile?

The skills and experience you share with Jetty remain completely private until you say otherwise.

Your details are only shared when you ask us to connect you with a company. What’s more you’ll have full visibility of what the company can see at each stage.

How often will I get matches on Jetty?

We’ll only get in touch about a role that really suits your skills and experience. That means it might be weeks between matches, or even longer.

We value quality over quantity and hope your inbox does too.

What role details will I see when I get a match?

At Jetty we don’t do traditional job ads, but we do tell you why you’re a great match. You can relax in the knowledge you meet the role requirements and instead focus on whether it sounds like the right opportunity for you.

We’ll share details about the company, what the role involves and the all important salary band. You can also expect to see the company’s parental policies and flexible working guidelines.

Can I apply for job and advisor roles on Jetty?

You don’t need to! If you’re interested in a role you’ve matched with we’ll connect you directly with the company for an intro call. That’s right… no recruiter call and no CV to update.

Can I search for job and advisor roles on Jetty?

No. Our always-on technology does the searching for you, so you don’t have to. Jetty is all about providing great matches. We’ll get in touch whenever a job or advisor role matches your skills and experience.

Is Jetty a recruiter?

No, Jetty is a careers platform. Our always-on technology means we can match you with the right opportunities, whatever the time of day.

If you’re interested in a role you’ve matched with, we’ll connect you directly with the company for a no-strings-attached intro call.

Can recruiters contact me on Jetty?

No. There are no recruiters on Jetty.

I’m not looking for a job, is Jetty for me?

Yes! You never know when your dream job might come along. Jetty’s always-on technology keeps searching for you, whether you’re looking to move or not. When your skills and experience match a job or advisor role, we’ll send you the details.

If you’re not interested, there is no need for you to do anything. If you are tempted, just let us know you’re interested and we’ll connect you with the company.

I don’t work in marketing, can I join Jetty?

We’re working hard to add new company functions, but for now we’re focused on helping marketing leaders find their next exciting opportunity.

How does Jetty make money?

Jetty takes a commission when a company hires a marketing leader we've introduced them to.

How does Jetty's matching technology work?

Jetty's matching technology is based on the data we collect from you during our onboarding process. The comprehensive nature of the profile you create on Jetty means we are able to match you with roles based on the experience you have gained overtime, rather than other platforms that match job title and simple preference data. You can see the number of data points we are able to use when matching you with a role in your dashboard, and we'll launch new ways for you to interact with your data soon.

You’ll receive a shortlist of qualified and interested Jetty members within 10 days.

Can I search for candidates?

No, we do all that for you, so you can be confident you're always connecting with Jetty members who are well-matched and interested in your role.

Can candidates search for roles?

No. We understand that hiring senior leaders can be sensitive, so we only share role details with select Jetty members who closely match your requirements.

How much does Jetty cost?

There are no retainers and or shortlist fees. We only take a commission if you find the right marketing leader to fill your role. For more details on our rates, please get in touch.

How do I get started with Jetty?

Simply book a call with our team so we can find out more about your company and who you’re looking to hire.

We understand that time is of the essence. It typically only takes one week to get a job role live on Jetty and from then, only 10 days until we can provide a qualified shortlist of interested candidates.

How do you create candidate shortlists?

We’ll work with you to make sure we have a thorough understanding of the role you’re looking to fill. It might sound obvious, but figuring out what is required for the role is a huge step to finding the right person.

After that, we use our in-depth Jetty profile data to find marketing professionals whose skills and experience make them a great fit for your role. The anonymised details of matched Jetty members who are interested in your role are then sent your way within 10 days.

Do you operate outside of the UK?

We’re currently only able to support roles for UK based marketing leaders.
